Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Fun in Asia account and its associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from within the app

Open the Fun in Asia app, go to your Profile, and tap “Delete account”. After you confirm, your account and data are permanently removed right away.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email privacy@funinasia.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll verify your request and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted we remove:

Your profile and sign-in identity (email, name, photo).
Your activity: RSVPs, saved events, followed venues, and questions.
Your notification (device) tokens.
If you are a venue owner: your venues and their events and photos.

What we may retain

We may keep a limited amount of data where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, audit or abuse records). We keep it only as long as necessary, then delete it.
